Good to know
Can customers send photos of the job?
Yes. The quote form takes photos straight from their phone, and they land in your inbox with the job details, so you can price it before you visit.
Will I show up for the towns I cover?
Each area you cover gets its own page, written for that town. That's how trades get found in “near me” searches. Nobody can promise a position on Google, but this is what gives you a fair shot.
I'm out on jobs all day. Who keeps it updated?
On a care plan you just send us the photos or the change and we do it, usually the same day.
What does "no limits" actually mean?
There's no cap on pages, products, blog posts or users on any plan. Big feature changes after the plan is agreed get quoted separately, so the price stays fair for both of us.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
Two rounds on websites and three on booking systems and apps. After that, changes are £35 an hour, or come out of your monthly hours on a care plan.
Do I need to buy a domain and hosting?
You buy the domain in your own name (around £10 a year) and I set it up. Hosting is covered by the care plan, or I can set it up on your own account.
Can you fix or rebuild a site I already have?
Yes. Send the link and I'll quote a rebuild or a tidy-up. Moving off Wix or Squarespace is common.
Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
Usually. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Google Sheets, Calendly, Mailchimp, Xero and most tools with an API. If it can't be done, you'll know before you pay.
